\nRui Osorio de Castro Foundation’s mission is the dissemination of information and the promotion of scientific research in paediatric oncology.<\/p>\n

In view of the development of innovative projects and initiatives in this area, the Rui Os\u00f3rio de Castro Foundation<\/strong> intends to Prize the Rui Os\u00f3rio de Castro \/ Millennium BCP Prize<\/strong> annually, from 2017 onwards, for an annual amount of \u20ac 15,000<\/strong>.
\nIn this way, the Foundation wants to contribute with resources for the development and \/ or maintenance of projects able to encourage and promote the improvement of care for children with oncological disease.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2712″ img_size=”large” css_animation=”top-to-bottom”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator border_width=”2″ css=”.vc_custom_1508778771557{margin-top: 32px !important;margin-bottom: 32px !important;}”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]

For whom?<\/h3>[vc_column_text]Individuals, working groups or non-profit institutions can apply for the Prize, presenting a relevant project in the area of paediatric oncology, namely scientific studies, research projects, as well as specific training or projects with a psychosocial impact.<\/p>\n

The project must be carried out in Portugal or, in the case of an international study, will necessarily have to involve \/ register Portuguese children with oncological diseases.

In addition to sending a copy of the application process by e-mail, all documentation must be sent by mail, or delivered by hand, to the Foundation’s headquarters.<\/p>\n

All information and documents necessary for the Application are indicated in the application form<\/a>.<\/p>\n
